Overseas AV Integrators
Your regional client is opening a Jakarta office and expects the same rooms they have in Singapore or Sydney. You need people on the ground, not a subsidiary.
You won the project. You do not have an Indonesian entity. GVM becomes your local contracting party, engineering team, and after-sales presence — so the work goes ahead without you incorporating a company here.
Indonesian clients contract with Indonesian companies. Most tenders, purchase orders, and tax invoices simply cannot be issued to a foreign entity — which is where an overseas AV firm with a live Indonesian opportunity usually gets stuck.
Incorporating a local company to solve it is slow and expensive: capital requirements, licensing, an office, payroll, and accounting obligations that continue long after the project ends. For a single deployment — or even a handful of rooms a year — the arithmetic rarely works.
A strategic partnership removes that barrier. GVM is an Indonesian limited company (PT Global Visi Multimedia) with certified AV engineers, nationwide reach, and years of delivery to corporate, government, and hospitality clients. You keep the client relationship and the technical direction; we carry the local entity, the crew, and the compliance.
Three kinds of organisation come to us with the same problem: a real opportunity in Indonesia and no legal footing to execute it.
Your regional client is opening a Jakarta office and expects the same rooms they have in Singapore or Sydney. You need people on the ground, not a subsidiary.
You need an Indonesian deployment, demonstration, and after-sales partner so your products can be specified and supported here without opening a local office.
You are rolling out a standardised meeting room programme across APAC and need one accountable local delivery partner for the Indonesian sites.
Which model fits depends on who has to hold the contract, who supplies the equipment, and how much of the engineering you want to keep in-house.
You hold the client relationship and the design. GVM executes on site in Indonesia — installation, integration, commissioning — and invoices you, not your client. The most common arrangement, and the simplest to set up.
The end client requires an Indonesian counterparty: a company able to sign the contract, issue a valid tax invoice, and be paid in Rupiah. GVM takes that position while you supply the design, the equipment, or both.
For manufacturers: GVM becomes your Indonesian implementation and after-sales arm — pre-sales support, demonstrations, installation, and warranty service — so your brand has a presence here without a subsidiary.
You bring your own designers and programmers. GVM supplies certified local crew, tools, transport, building permits, safety compliance, and on-site supervision for the duration of the works.
Everything that requires an Indonesian legal presence, an Indonesian workforce, or an Indonesian phone number.
A partnership only works when the boundary is explicit. We put it in writing before the first invoice.
Four steps from first contact to an agreed scope.
We sign a mutual NDA, then you walk us through the client, the scope, and the timeline. No cost, no obligation.
We survey the site where needed and return an itemised local cost: labour, logistics, permits, duties, and any equipment sourced in Indonesia.
We agree in writing who does what, who signs with the client, how invoicing flows, and the non-solicitation terms.
Work proceeds with scheduled progress reporting in your format and your time zone, plus photographic records at each milestone.
Until 2026 GVM operated within the GVM Global (APAC) network — we are used to overseas reporting lines, documentation standards, and quality expectations.
Engineers certified in Q-SYS, iSEMC Professional Engineer, and NAV Pro for IP-based AV systems.
Indonesian, English, and Mandarin across engineering and project management, not only sales.
Over 100 projects across Indonesia — Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Bali, Medan, and beyond.
Yes — that is precisely what this partnership is for. GVM is an Indonesian limited company (PT Global Visi Multimedia) and can act as the contracting party, issue Rupiah invoices with a valid tax invoice, employ the site crew, and hold the after-sales obligation. You do not need to incorporate anything in Indonesia to proceed.
It depends on the model. Under a Local Execution Partnership you sign with your client and we sign with you — your client may never deal with us directly. Where the client requires an Indonesian counterparty, GVM signs with the client and you sign with GVM. We settle this before any quotation goes out, because it changes the tax and payment flow on both sides.
No. Every partnership agreement includes a written non-solicitation undertaking covering the client and the opportunity you bring us, for an agreed period beyond project completion. We would rather be the partner other integrators can safely bring into Indonesia than win one account and lose the channel.
We coordinate import and customs clearance with licensed Indonesian brokers, then handle warehousing and delivery to site. Duties, import taxes, and product certification requirements vary considerably by equipment category, so we assess these per shipment and quote them as a separate, transparent line rather than folding them into a lump sum.
Where GVM contracts with the end client, the client pays GVM in Rupiah and GVM pays you under our partnership agreement. Where you contract with the client, we invoice you directly. Currency, payment terms, milestones, and retention are all agreed in the partnership contract before work begins.
Local workmanship warranty and first-line support sit with GVM — that is a large part of why a local partner is worth having. Equipment warranty follows the manufacturer and the purchase channel. Where you want to present your client with a single warranty position, we can sit behind you and respond under your name.
Tell us about the opportunity. We will come back with a local cost build-up and the partnership model that fits — under NDA if you prefer.
